Towards First Gas Comrades!

BV its not a dead cert no investment in AIM or stocks is.
Angus for many years as caused a lot of pain to Long Term Shareholders - for sure.
It is on the cusp (yes in months rather than years) of something transformational.
This is on Saltfleeby alone.

We as shareholders have witnessed at gigantic re-rate in UK Natural Gas Prices and have an asset that has gone up in value. EVEN without extraction, that asset is worth more now than 2 years, dont let any LOCAL NIMBY or SHORTER scare you off on that. If you had a mortgage on a property and that house went up in value over two years, yes you owe the Bank the mortgage balance remaining with exit fees and so on, but you walk away with some profit.

Saltfleeby is no different; its value has gone up, we are tied in with a Loan but if the Gas is produced at sufficient quantities brilliant. To get even First Gas would be a MAJOR achievement after 2 years here of nothing!

So losses, LTH etc - yes diluted but we are so much closer than 2 years ago to getting some transformational activities here!

Torre - he hasnt LOST YET.
His average isnt actually that bad for an AIM stock shy of 2p.
If it was a FTSE stock to get a 2x bagger is tough but not impossible.
We are at yearly lows now with a lukewarm modest placing that was needed as we all really knew. Size was 30-40% less than I had anticipated.

You only lose when you sell. You are not leveraged Yanis and are patient. Just ride this out surely and stop moaning!

We had a delay - by 3 months for goodness sake. This cannot pay for itself.
The CPR said the contingency should cover cost overruns but the debt covenants had to be met.
So this has been ADDRESSED too.

Whatever you think I welcome the Board ensuring they are not running foul of obligations!
Including addressing safety and environment issues the EA have probably queried.
They wanted noise modelling and flaring details -so placement for salaries is fine, as SALTFLEEBY loan is ONLY for that PROJECT!

So the money deferred is more DILUTION FFS.

No Id rather they take their salaries, keep going and make progress.

They have funding, they have planning permissions, they have equipment on order, some clearly ARRIVED on site, others delays, as too PS5 and Car Chips - all delayed, fact of Pandemic life!

So we await approval from Environment Agency. The extra monies to address EA concerns seems to tie up with the EA expected decision (not a dead cert) for permit by mid December 2021.

I am relishing a substantial re-rate incl. analysis I carried out of loads of AIM pre-and post production share prices!

The £750K was the joint second lowest out of 15 AIM stocks in placing value terms i.e. £750K!

Yes I repeat pretty much one of the lowest placing sizes out of 15 recent AIM stock placings!

0.65p a 30% discount roughly to recent median levels.

Fair enough mates rates, someone wanted in huge etc.
Have a look at pre-production AIM stocks, once they confirmed production whoosh!
Ive analysed over 30 AIM stocks over the weekend who languished at lows, with placings after placings and delays.
As soon as the taps came on be it oil or gas, the stock re-rated naturally!

Well no surprise the Brokers are playing this...

Having already offloaded 50m roughly IMO, any decent buying interest will see us ping back up and over 0.85p 200 Day Moving Average zone IMO.

It's not a leak for goodness sake.
If you were already a holder and were due to get cheaper shares you may have worked a means to legally sell ahead of placing.

Also WH Ireland were selling shares as their fees I'd assume up to around 8m shares.

All in all the huge efforts to make life difficult for Angus Energy is about the Locals for sure.
The project at Saltfleeby is coming online whether they like it or not.
Elevated gas prices has made it extremely valuable and this somewhat large placing tells me some institutions wanted a shed load on the cheap.

So close to First Gas even if it's April May 2022
And we have investors prepared to fund £700k
Vs. cowboys here who rejoice on lower performing share price.

I can tell you something... Transformation happening and I'll be sticking with Angus Energy till it's completes that with a substantially higher share price from these lower levels.

Thanks Ocelot, so set backs an no where near as exciting as a First Gas, first online project in years like in Angus.

Long term shareholders have been waiting 5 years here to see a turnaround. We may get a pleasant surprise if Lucan and the team (as we arent the only party here) can get this to production.

Exciting indeed. As for placement, think the greedy takers wanted 0.60p but were taken aback on how people kept buying up stock,so resisted their additional 7.5m shares as their arsenal CONVENIENTLY worked out as 125m shares at 0.60p for the same money (£750K), they wanted more for cheaper, cant always have it their way. As I said they made around £100K profit on the take up and selling few weeks.

I am very excited and shall indeed buy more.

Also with EUA we saw 15p low to hit 36.50p, a whopping 143% rise in days literally.
So from 0.65p low here (recent times of course) that 143% rise gives 1.5795p thats how AIM operates, brutal drops and monster rises.
So here Yanis could easily get back the 2p average, as you say when Lucan and the team finish creating something of immense value. Haters forget to acknowledge Gas Prices having enjoyed a monster run, could help reduce the need to tap shareholders if they can get First Gas in April as April, May and June are pre-hedge and if they can get 2-4mmscfd that would be of serious re-rate value levels here!

One could say UKOG is a right mess, what on earth are you doing there? Placement at 0.18p and now 0.11p, a bit like NFX placement was at 2p then went to 1.15p then again the placement for UKOG was 17% dilution so hefty.

Tell me your reason remaining here Ocelot.
Yanis is hurting and he needs 2p to breakeven, unfortunately...

This is AIM, AIM stocks can move 38%-161.8% in a day, so IF we hit First Gas and gas is 150p/Therm this could move up quite nicely!
