Just bought in last week after hearing of the nice deal with Premier Foods (I'm shareholder there). I remember owning this share a couple of years ago at much higher price. Can't quite believe how far they've dropped for a £2bn turnover company. Looks like the sale of the european arm is a good move and will strengthen the balance sheet and help them focus on the UK and hopefully get profits up. You would also imagine at the current SP it would be a takeover target.
