RE: Current Cash Position2 Feb 2023 13:36
Well I am usually one of the most pessimistic holders here, but seems I am one of the few relieved with Q4, go figure.
My greatest concern was load shedding. Obviously it still is. But the impact was not as dramatic as I had feared and the company managed to mitigate costs as well as production disruption rather well imo.
There is no love for miners at the moment (yes that's what we are, no we are not a freaking ENRGY COMPANY!) especially if listed on AIM, but like everything things come in waves, and love will come back.
I struggle to see any reason to explain the current mcap. Even the debt is not such an issue. It would be if we couldn't show anything for it, but even if we don't pay the lot we can clear a good chunk of it, and Orion will be more than pleased to make money for an other few years. All they want to know is that we won't default on it, clearly we won't.
So a few on twitter declaring they took the burn and sold, I guess many of the angry bb mob today have done the same. I really do not get the argument to sell today. In the contrary.
