According to them they estimate the cost per kwh of a VRFB system to cost $551 today. So let's even presume that the only cost in this is V electrolyte which is ridiculous but at least it might finally get the message hole. You need around 40l/kwh 500/40= 13.7$. Anyway you will see in the report that Electrolyte is likely closer to 9$. So not $120! Then there is export costs and middle man. So very unlikely that we will sell at that price.

Well Lawrence at 3$/l your 3000$ would give you between 10 to 20 kWh so that would be enough for 1 to 2 homes. But that's just for the electrolyte, not building the actual VRFB.
