I think The Mustang deal was a reverse take over. Mustang is now BE. Which is much better than what we had before. SOe serious corporate wiggling the last 5 years now make sense.

First time I researched Echo I thought, this guy is a man with principle, he layed down his plan to turn the company around and like a sucker I bought in.

MH's net worth is probably double the mcap of echo and cannot buy a single share.
