Cidercone, it has been stated multiple times that the electrolyte company already registered under a different name (cannot remember and can't be assed looking) will end with BMN.

Many have complained that the company is made of so many multiple entities, well maybe that was a smart move as carving out BE will be made easy on an accounting and asset point of view.

I will still state that my biggest and only worry is SA. The load shedding is disastrous and even worse so that there is no solution to it. I do invite people to do some deep research about the coal mining industry in SA, who owns what and where. There is no easily solution here as it's a big knot of high level people having interests and losing **** loads if it's sorted.

Reading simply wall street is really not doing your own research.

FM is running the business and has imo a brilliant business mind. But a company his size is run by multiple people. The CFO has no clue what she is talking about, the IR are unreachable at best of times, clearly they have no back office for marketing and communications.

Been invested here for a while Chris and you say there is only positives except load shedding.

I have also invested in many mining stocks. Something big about mining is that there is always something to communicate to shareholders. Because in mining stuff goes wrong all the time.

The BoD of BMN thinks they are over all the rules that most listed companies even on AIM have to follow. When **** goes wrong (under listed companies rules any price sensitive information needs to be released to the market asap) they just carry on as if they were private. It's like being listed just means writing in a blog when you feel like it.

I know from being invested here for the time I have that if targets were missed they won't bother to tell us until the YE.

I also know we won't know anything about how bad we were impacted by the load shedding until YE 2022 and the one following (summer 2024).

Because their communications suck. The quarterly update are vague as hell and they really do not care.

I'm still invested and I still believe FM is the man for the job. I just think he has a really rubbish team around him and that a lot of the issues we are experiencing are intrinsically tied to South African issues.

Totally unreliable BoD, happy to lie to investors and use them as a endless cash pit. No credibility and no understanding of financial management.
