Justin does post on the board, he posted a few weeks back if I remember. Last year I think it was answering questions about results and RNS. At the time a few people on the board did not believe it was Justin but it was proved that it is. You need to click his name to read all posts as last year October he invited shareholders from this board and other places for a factory investor day. Clicking his name will show you all his messages.

Ripley94, you will find on this board a lot of posters have direct contact with Justin. He is an open guy and has often said people can email him anytime.

As mentioned in my earlier message, lets give this a try and see if we can all play nice and get a nice QOTW. I will ask Justin on Friday the 19th for a possible answer. I can tell you Justin is busy this weekend coming, so the answer may take a few days. In the interests of fairness, I will attempt to send the question with the most likes to Justin.

You may remember about two months back I met Justin for some beers to catchup and to say thank you from most of us.

Whilst talking I mentioned to Justin that one of the most constant issues I have noticed on the ITM LSE forum is that when new investors arrive — or people are considering buying shares — they often struggle to understand exactly what projects ITM is involved in and what truly sets the company apart. People visit the website to gain an understanding, but many still do not fully grasp how impressive ITM and its technology really are. I mentioned this to Justin during a catch-up in April 2026, and he asked me, “What would have helped you?”

After thinking about it, I realised what would have helped me most was a simple, easy-to-follow “layman’s wiki” — somewhere a person could go and, within 10 to 15 minutes, go on a journey that explains the company, its projects, technology, and potential in a straightforward and engaging way.

I replied simply: “A Wiki.”

And from there, the idea was born between the two of us.

I then went away, designed the website structure, and populated it with information. Justin very kindly vetted the content throughout and patiently put up with my many questions along the way. Please note I am not a website person and this has been trial and error. A big hat tip to @myoung for helping me and guiding me on the basics of web design and telling what I needed to do. Also another hat tip to @bilboburgler for reading the first few versions of the website and passing feedback.

As mentioned above I have worked with Justin on this to vet the content and ensure its accuracy. Amy Grey has also gone over it and has no issues with me releasing the website and found it informative.

I hope people on find it informative. I will try and keep it up to update as soon as possible after RNS realeases but please remember most of us on here have day jobs, so no complaining if it takes a day or two to catch up on a RNS. I try to run content updates past Justin for accuracy and he is a very busy guy.

I have also thought of trying to do a Question of the Week (QOTW) where I am hoping the question with the most recommends under the question can be put to Justin for an answer. I will then add the QOTW to the website with the answer. Please note Justin is busy as mentioned above and it may take a few days or a week to get an answer and sometimes we may not get an answer if something cannot be disclosed. Also please lets think a little and not ask silly questions, i.e "When is the next RNS?" or " When will Hydropulse news land?" You get the idea.

Finally, thank you to the LTH and geniune posters on this board. If you have any ideas on or for the wesbite I will consider and if needed discuss with Justin , I cannot guarentee anything.

Those are decent buys but by no means big.

Today I saw 194k of shares which was a buy go through at 185 which = £358,900. Anyone who has been on ITM for awhile could tell you when the SP climbs like it did on the 17th of April and then again in the run up to 216, you will see chunks of shares like 200k, 300k, 500k coming through. Sometimes after UT you will see the shares drop in that they have been accumulating all day for a buy for sell and you sometimes see a 1 milllion share trade go through for example. But this is just my experince and you should DYOR.

@Digitalis sorry I only saw you tagging me now, long work day. I have not mentioned goldfinger to Justin. I only want to flag people if worth his time, don't want to be the guy who flags everyone. Goldfinger panics over prices up, prices down. Whilst 3900 shares is a lot to GF and rightly so (We all started somewhere) I don't think GF is going to go the distance here with ITM. I think GF's jaw would hit the floor if he knew how many shares some of us are holding in ITM. When you have been down to 27p and held, what is an -8p day :-) when you have climbed from 27p to 216p.

@Stayingpatient: Yes I do. If you look for the Facebook group for ITM shareholders I put a message in there on how I get it. I won't do it here as you can pay for the service and I don't think it is right to undercut them on their own website.

When we were at the investor day, I cannot remember who explained it - think it was Dennis, pretty sure it was - but they said it is very upsetting watching a newly built electrolyser getting destroyed in order to pass all the certifiaction and validation.

I had a chat with Justin earlier and he mentioned the below, he kindly said I could post it here.

"In addition you have the MSCI Small Cap Index inclusion tomorrow. Roughly speaking this equates to $25-30m of theoretical buying (sometimes done before inclusion in the index but it is not scientific ie hard to predict when buying occurs).

There is also something called the FTSE GEIS Europe Index. If market cap gets to $1.75bn (roughly), we would/could be eligible for inclusion (September but with price cut off at the end of June). This could trigger a further c$35m of passive buying."

Also he mentioned an AIM company cannot just jump to FTSE 250. An AIM company has to transfer to MAIN first.
