This could be just its operating range i.e 23-25 ish. I do not expect any news from this lot though if we close on Friday in the 27.5- 28 range I will start to feel a bit more perky.
Some nice upward moves finally appearing. Its a pity I topped up on the dead sheep bounce at the end of last month. I wonder when the New York factory will open.
Interesting new vehicle, the 'Rex Newton' was on display at a recent fuel cell conference in Germany. http://www.pr-inside.com/fuel-cells-batteries-and-energy-storage-r3450826.htm
I agree. For SEV , no news is good news, i.e they are still there. As for Tan, will we get a trading statement next month to confirm the return to profitability ? Nah... the BOD would have bleeding elbows and knees for that to happen on account of them having crawled over broken glass first.
I know it is another case of 'Jam tomorrow' of which this company has made many similar promises but would you boldly state 'break even in October' without any inclination that this would not work. Call me optimistic but I believe we will get a trading update within the first two weeks in November confirming this.
I preferred the bit about full year profitability in 2013 and reduced losses.... oh and increased turn over.
I do not think SEV is the dead duck some would portray, we would have heard by now. I do think the current board over there are finished though. Snorkel is over-sold, their order book in the last update shows as much. Tomorrow we shall see and I am optimistic this will finish the week on or about 32p. There I have said it now....
Welcome Back. Tan have done it again. I wonder what the chances are of an update from SEV about whether they can survive etc...
But for the lack of cash, and I know this is a big but, I am happy about the lack of IPO. SEV now need to drastically cut their running costs and push on with the likes of Frito. I can see the factory here closing as it must be draining expenses at an alarming rate.
So far so good. Electric is the way forward.
Has an actual date been published ? They need some good news now to boost the publicity otherwise this will sound like a death grasp.
Up again this morning, hopefully this will last. As one American commentator said a couple of months ago, 'No one submits S1 amendments for kicks and giggles'
Just got back from the States having spent two weeks in the deep south. Lots of construction going on and every where ever I looked I saw Orange Snorkel lifts of all shapes and sizes, most of it with new paint so whatever happens with Smith's , at least Snorkel is doing well.
Wonder what this one will say ? To quote some famous lines from the Good the Bad and the Ugly , 'If you are going to talk , talk, if you are going to shoot, shoot'
Talk about manipulation on a grand scale- it just so happens that the SP drops to the 42p- a very similar price to the earlier offering. The only people burnt here are the small P.I's , like me !!! . I have no doubt this will now start rising upwards again on its merry dance.
Odd manipulations going on here with the spread. A wide spread indicated the MM's are trying to encourage a sale and do now want to part with shares. Anyone who purchases now would need a rise in the mid price of 10% to simply break even
I think it is because the construction centre fell in May and June , that and doubts about America's recovery. We are due a trading statement soon and this will settle things as the Snorkel order was strong.
A teeny drop this Friday .62p- disappointing all the same.
Up two Friday's in a row- this must be a good sign
