Personally, I don't see how this can't be the case, a year of drilling, he knows the results, we don't, in itself this is surely info that is not yet in the public domain. he may have to wait for significant news before he buys more.

As it was mentioned on here, Hav over there seems to be world class but a way to go before they get the volume of resource to define its viability.
