1 - They have sat on UKOG shares despite unanimous shareholder opinion at the Nov gathering to sell them for cash

2 - They have a large cash balance and this is currently sat waiting to fund Ruvuma + + however deadlines have slipped 3 or 4 times now and there has to come a point where the board adjust strategy. There is opportunity in this market for new assets and if they farm out a free carry position on Ruvuma on similar terms to AEX it unlocks £6-7m to go shopping with to give this company a new focus away from Tanzania. It de-risks our leverage to Tanzania!

3 - Helium one - where has the update here been? It was supposed to drill Q1 2019 now its end of 2019 and it was also supposed to IPO Q1 2019 and we havent heard anything more on that IPO.... long due an update here!

There have been 0 interviews or media here as there is nothing new to shout about. SP has halved and to be honest not surprising!

All will be forgiven if they release a strong update with a clear forward plan and *the main point* getting sentiment here restored. A new additional asset, some bullish and positive language that reassures shareholders these guys actually do mean business and ill be a happy shareholder again. Not exactly much to ask... :)

Will take an 80% rise in SP from here to get back to the level where Alistair first took over...

7months of constant negative SP decline... these guys need to start delivering something new.

valued at cash now, whoever is selling is being extremely irrational given a big update could land with new asset.

Ruvuma farm out itself is worth $20m minimum , £7m cash in bank, £3m in helium one... £8m Mcap!

So bring in a new asset!

Huge cash balance vs Mcap will be easy to leverage upside.

Ofcourse that will mean farming out some of Ruvuma. So be it I say.

About time SOLO Directors give shareholders an update on their plan in detail and start taking control of the direction of this company.

Can only leave "all the options on the table" for so long. SP is embarrassing for a reason and I think Alastair and Jon F need to start proving their worth(!)… its nearly April and we are the same position as October last year....

Assets and cash position here are very strong, should not be hard to leverage serious upside from here.

The more I research this, the more I think its a potential Unicorn.

Google, Amazon, Facebook and Microsoft all attending the GDC Gamers Developers Conference this next week and so is BIDS. James Draper saying in the recent podcast interview they have meetings lined up with all the big names.

Really feels like right place right time here. The company Massive Inc was bought out for something like $200m back in 2006 was way too early. Connectivity and computing power now mean this is 10 x the opportunity it used to be.

Gaming Industry is larger than the music streaming and film/video industry combined and its an area where advertising only exists in the reward based games. The main gaming arena is serverely under served with advertising, indeed if served at all! So a market that accounts for 50% of UK entertainment industry that has no platform for advertsers yet..... in steps Bidstack with its platform and tech. Now advertisers come to bidstack and put live in game native adds directly in to games live and based on any audience profile they want to target and not only that their tech allows advertisers to track the hit rates and confirm them.

So so powerful.

James Draper on record saying he wants this to be the largest gaming avertiser by any metric in then next 1 to 2 years. He see's the roadmap for bidstack to be one of the largest advertising companies worldwide... thats massive. Talking multi billion $ Mcap at that stage.

It doesnt stop there though, you can apply this tech to virtual reality worlds, mobile gaming, cloud gaming.... its limitless. And Bidstack are pioneering the way...

CEO aligned with 20% of stock and the company are funded till net cashflow positive so in theory dont need to raise again (circa projected £3m cash in bank).

Key for me now is to see the company continue to sign up more games the next few months, that will then be the snowball moment.

This is a firm buy, hold, buy the dips lock the shares up and throw away the key type invesstment. Never before come across such an early stage limitless blue sky opportunity as this before in such a huge growing untapped market and ive been investing properly for 6-7 years

Both of these interviews really convey what this business is about and the limitless opportunity they are sitting on.

Until people have listened they wont understand.

This has all the hallmarks of a unicorn for me. I personally think it could exclipse VRS and EVRH which were in much smaller markets. Each of those 10 bagged.
