Worth highlighting that CEO Gati has sunk in £1m of his own cash at current price.

Gati a very impressive CEO. Used to run an oil company with 400,000bopd production (half of what Libya produces).

Projected cashflows net to minto:

At current copper price 2021 Minto revs $150m, Gross profit $44m, Net profit $32m (post tax)

at $3.5 copper price 2021 Minto revs $184m, Gross profit $78m, Net profit $57m (post tax)

PERE take 1/3rd of the profits so will be looking $12m profit pa at current Cu price or nearer $20m profit pa if copper goes on a big run.

The Gold credits make a big difference and offer a great hedge if Cu price were to fall.

Exploration costs are tiny too, an increase in mine life is nailed on.

Gati has skin in over £1m of his own money at this current price, holds near 20% of the company and would be over 30% if he convers his loan in to shares.

40-50p this year is my target for 2020 which is conservative if they double the mine life to 8 years and copper goes on a run over $3/lb you can double that again.

Scoping study had $350million NPV vs $35m Capex, ive never seen a 10:1 ratio like this before.

FS due imminently and last RNS suggests its exceeding these metrics further

Are going to be feeling pretty stupid soon enough when this is over 6-8p.

This company hasn't put a foot wrong to date, over delivered on pretty much every marker

Brent at $67 this is throwing off cash atm with its current 1100boped.

Awaiting to hear the stabilised flow rates on ASH-2 that flowed 7000bopd + 10mmcf... this will be a total and utter game changer if even 40% of this low can be achieved

DFS imminent here, as well as updates on mine financing.

Will be throwing off in the order of $60m FCF per year initially, 30year mine life.

Just $35m Capex to build the mine.. best economics of any mining stock I can see esp VS £13m Mcap!

Next few months v exciting!

Worth noting this well was a step out exploratory well not a development infill well. A new reservoir has been encountered!
That leads me to think they may also put another into this new reservoir...

Proving they know how to spot a great asset from yesterdays release! 7000boped + 10mmcf is just off the chart.

For me say they choke it back to 3000bopd for sustainable flow, this is still 650bopd NET to UOG would take them to 1750-1800bopd at £22m mcap! With 4 x more wells next year at 80% historic success + East Selva market could extrapolate by YE 2020 UOG could have up to 4000bopd which is huge vs £22m Mcap.

Add in their $4m payment due from crown.. a fair wind in oil price this is going to be swimming in cash
