Just checked your post history JimmyBee youve been trolling Avct in a straight line from July 2nd. A month. You started deramping when the price was 114p then consecutively 110 121 119 113 120 134 and finally 150 and 151.5. You must have been cleaned out on your short. Definitely had to pay out more margin on it and your average price must be dreadful. Sorry to see that!!
Global I know you think you're a deceptive genius and that no one can see through your disguise. You always tell us you've just "bought" when the price has bounced and you've always "sold out" after it has just dropped. It's fantasy stuff that we can all see through as you sit upstairs in your bedroom dreaming of being the next Gordon Gecco. Hold on. It's Mum knocking on your door. Come on Global it's your turn to put the bins out!!!
Global you sold out on Wednesday afternoon at 115. Since then you've posted approx 15 times ****ging Avct off saying the price is going to go down until you bought back yesterday when the price was 113-115. So how much did you make - A penny turn?? You are such a p...k. you actually think you're clever. You've spent a whole day trying to persuade newbies and innocents etc that this company is a crock when that is now the company you are back holding again. If that is what you strive to gain I'd rather pay you the penny turn myself just so you shut the f..k up!!!
Guys have just got home and apparently Boris Johnson mentioned a pregnancy test strip for Covid in parliament today. Firstly if that was true I thought this board would be humming and secondly can anyone tell us what he said??
Rudey - Just for the record Avacta used to be a penny share before they had a 1 for 100 consolidation. I bought them at 1.2p watched them up to 1.5p (and back down again) so strictly speaking I didn't pay £1.20 for them but I did pay the equivalent of that prior. In fact I think there was a placing done at the time at 1.2p so there will be other people out there who paid the same price as me.
RichKen i'm getting the feeling you're trying to black ball any poster who doesn't agree with your enthusiasm for Avacta. Why is everyone here so paranoid about derampers? We've had a great bounce in the SP albeit not back up to my 120p entrance price but the more people moan about derampers in my experience it tends to be out of desperation. If its gonna happen relax and let it roll and any shorter of stock will be crucified!
Degsy I have just copied and pasted out of the April 6th RNS thread. So admission of shares needs approval and AGM has been delayed to May 5th hasn't it?
And sadly we yet again will not be given a chance to participate in the Placing. My brother and fellow shareholder was asking me if shareholders might vote against it considering the rise in the SP but I'd think that very unlikely???
Guys im trying to work out the effect this placing is going to have on the SP but surely haven't they delayed the AGM to May 5th so the shares cant be admitted till then??
"It said admission of both the placing and subscription shares remained subject to, among other things, shareholder approval at a general meeting".
One or more large shareholders have been selling Avacta over the last 6 months at more or less any price they can find a buyer at. I can understand them doing this before todays announcement but now LFC has offered to invest a serious amount of money I hoped it would be a game changer. Sadly it hasnt and these same sellers have dumped a load of shares today and I suspect will continue to do so. The optimist in me is hoping that some funds have to sell a holding when they go past a certain stop loss level which Im sure AVCT has done and that all we need to do is hope that they run out soon and the share price can have a proper run upwards!!
