I have a theory here, if this technology takes off in the USA, then expect huge rises.
this is the theory,
1. only need Technology to work
2. Shale oil is gone bust, so oil production output will be significantly lower
3. no need for spending billions on oil explorations
4.no more guess work on drilling
5.Utah has trillions dollars worth of oil in the sands and rocks.
6. just need USA investors to take this to the next level
7. no more oil spillage disasters in the ocean

Coronavirus delayed the listing plans for MMIH, and Bezant Resources is currently awaiting the reinstatement of the process.

The consideration payable by MMIH comprises an initial funding package of US$2.25mln, plus further funding of up to US$5.5mln subject to the renewal of licencing agreements with the Philippine government.

MMIH will also issue of USS$10mln of shares in CHX to Bezant.

I was confused with the dollar sign in then the shares mentioned.
now it makes sense $10M dollars worth of shares, that's better than cash actually because it has chance to increase in value.

The Vendors confidence in the project is reflected in the fact that 84% of the shares now being issued have been issued at a 60% premium to Fridays closing share price of 0.12 pence.



From Bezant's technical due diligence on the project it was clear that there is potential for considerable upside as the Gorob-Vendone Deposit was not assayed for gold and there is the possibility for further discovery of similar type mineralisation as the project contains 150 km not yet tested.
