it seems odd that a admin delay would cause panic on #RMM.

if this deal fails, then I believe there's other better options out there. as copper gaining momentum and the fact Goldman Sachs are saying copper is in a bull run, there's every chance RMM copper mine in Ming Canada would fetch better deals.
secondly this could also happen, that because of the copper price, Ramblers margin will be enough to continue from here without the deal.

There's a lot of avenues to raise money to accelerate production.

I can't see why big Investors would ignore this opportunity to buy a company with Net Present Value 60 times of the current Mcap £3M (Before current deal)
I'm sure Debtors can convert their debts into shares.

I reckon even if the deals fail, Rambler can attract better deals or with copper price rising, RMM could go alone,

This is my Understanding why sp Crash from 2.5p

-Covid-19 halted copper production around the world
-Demand for copper stopped due to Covid19
- Cooper price dropped
now the situation is different, since covid19 is still here, its is managed, plus vaccination is within weeks.
-Copper rising because demand increased from traditional uses and put these two things and copper is enormous, 1. EV electric Vehicles needs copper

2. Wind farm uses around £6,000 worth of copper
3. Solar power needs copper
4. China demands more copper
5. building construction around the Globe needs copper.

6. Chile copper grades are getting lower, so all these has a massive impact on copper price.

Rambler is a good Copper mining company and gold,

hope this makes sense why SP Dropped from 2.5p and could go back soon

Net Present Value was c$230M when Copper Price was around $6000 p/T now c$7800 that's a staggering amount.

rns states 24 hour delay, while waiting for the documentation.

I forgot to mention RMM NPV was done when copper price was lower than current price.
so putting this into the equation NPV should be around £380M.

Recent news regarding copper price rise and the fact Goldman Sachs sees copper to be around $10,000 per tonne suggest to me that Goldman Sachs will be in a position to buy small copper producing mining company.
RMM looks a very credible company for them and the location and Jurisdiction is world class.

Either way RMM looks primed to be significantly higher than today's SP.

don't forget RMM have exploration program as well as production of copper and gold.
so what I see is that whilst mining Copper and Gold, the dynamics could change massively when they report that resource has increased.

just few weeks ago #AYM Anglesey mining (non producing) claimed 500% resource increase!!!
that's unheard off.
now think if Rambler Metals achieve this, then we are looking at billion dollars Mcap.

the future is not Hybrid cars nor Palladium.

my research says EUA time has gone, because Hybrid cars not sought after, hence Palladium won't be in demand.
However my research shows Copper will be significantly higher than today's price thus making EV, and the standard need for copper to be sought after.

palladium not needed in Electrification of the world, including EV, and Electric Vehicles
