Contango and Board of Directors are captain of the ship, rest of us shareholders, major or minor are passengers, whatever the Board of directors do, we have no choice but to support them.

OK as far as the shareholdings shows CGH has some 38% in Contango, whether they had them before Contango was established or not that's not the issue, the issue is why would CGH be holding Contango if they knew it's not a good company to be holding?
