why 30% would be easy to buy by Chevron?
because 87% is on free float and only 12.5% is held by major holders ie Institutional investors.

back in 2019 Chevron bought a Wyoming oil Company for $33 billion, yes that's right $33 Billion.

However this time, Chevron can buy COPL for £1 Billion if they make an early move.
