1. Mcap of the company should be high, in fact very high to stop a takeover.
2. grow company organically

She needs to understand Markets like profits creation not growth at the expense of disimating the Share price.

its the way CEO allocated the funds, instead of Profits, which the market wanted to see, CEO went for growth.

Growth can be achieved through placings, however Plc wants to see profits.

my whole opinion says this is a fantastic brand with world class mattresses which CEO doesn't make.

CEO vision is too dangerous because in the PLC, where companies are good and has good Revenue tends to get buyout on the cheap and 7p is cheap.how do I get to 7p?

some one could be buying on the open market 30% then pay 7p as this is the 12 month higher SP.

hostile bid could be on the radar here.

and PLC is easier to buy than a private company.

all they need to do is start buying on the open market and quitely build a 30% stake then pay 12 months Higher Sp which is 7p.

that's the issue

company is good with fantastic Revenues of £26M+ and growing.
just need a competent Management who understands running of PLC.
