so the Advertise Price is misleading.

1. The company has defaulted on a loan which is already at a usurious rate (LIBOR +10.5% but because there’s a LIBOR floor it’s basically an all-in rate of 12.5% interest). So, it has defaulted on a loan charged at a junk bond rate of interest.

2. The going concern statement basically says that they’re not one and need a massive fund raise. I quote:
