why is the Market makers worried about what happend in 2021?

on YouTube video CEO said "It's a new clean beginning for Challenger Energy Group" this was said around February 2022.

Recent updates suggests they are producing more than 400 barrels of oil per day. which equates to more than the current Mcap on yearly basis.

The company estimates potential resources at more than 1 Bboe, based on mapping from multiple exploration plays and leads in relatively shallow waters, with significant upside. The assessment is supported by state oil company ANCAP’s P50 estimate of 136 BBoe.

According to Challenger, the AREA OFF-1 play 2dsystem is directly analogous to recent giant conjugate margin discoveries offshore Namibia by Total (the Venus well) and Shell (the Graff well), which encountered reportedly multibillion-barrel Cretaceous turbidite reservoirs.

Shell and Apache will be joining Challenger Energy Group, which was also authorized to explore for hydrocarbons last May, even when the UK company interest dates back to 2020, but had to be suspended given the pandemic conditions.

Stipanicic pointed out that the AIM listed company has not been granted permission for an exploratory well, but in a farm-out deal, considered appropriate by Uruguay, it could in effect attempt drilling.

I did say Trade is possible that's it, it's A tradeable company.

I'm excited about CEG who managed to get World class Oil License from Uruguayan Government, it wasn't easy, CEG managed it during Covid-19 when most big oil companies didn't want these Licenses, had it been awarded pre Covid or post Covid then no way CHALLENGER ENERGY would have the chance over Shell, and other bigger players to get hold of the License. For this reason CEG are sitting on gold mine so to speak.

JV with SHELL is most likely because Shell License adjoining the CEG license.
