LVCG Mcap is under £5M, so Would Birdman make a Hostile Bid and have the company bought cheap while keep the 100% LVCG and the Japan rights will be virtually free for Birdman Inc.

if I were CEO of Birdman Inc I'll just buy the whole LVCG company do away with the $4M fee for the next 4 years plus TV licence fee to LVCG etc......
