Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Their have been a few posters on here the last few weeks with multiple accounts, buzz being one of them, typical pump and dump hype. Clon will do well on its own, it doesnt need the likes of these posters. Newbies be aware and DYOR
yep
I guestimate that we need to trade around 15bill to clear the ausie shares, I havent been adding them up since the RNS but I wouldnt think we are far of.
Their's a few 8 10 12m trades being sneaked in through the back door here, someones working late.
Id be interested if anyone has been guestimating the aussie sell of but they cant be far of the end now.
Dutch, "We been working in Bolivia for decades'' What a load of Tosh !!
Yes Clon was incorporated in 2003, whowever Dh and Peter o'toole have been working out there for well over 30 yrs.
DH has worked for years on this project as I have stated on here many a time, only to be accused of ramping etc, he has all his ducks lined up, he knows where hes at, I have know doubt Clon will do well in Bolivia.
The aussies were probably just loan companies, they just want their money back with profit, theyre not interested in the longer term investment.
Just for clarity, I purchased my first Clon (then pre) shares @4p along with pet back in 2005, so i feel I am a LTH, over the years ive bought and sold along with quite a few others on here from what I can see. I now have an extremely large holding of clon shares and yes im in profit, ive done that through buying and selling and averaging down. I still hold because I believe that DH has something and he will get there, never once have I said or insinuated that news as leaked, I merely post what I feel as fact, yes I still believe news is imminent, or I wouldn't be holding, however this is Clon.
I dont know about your theory chitta, but there are certainly some Shenanigans going on here.
All my predictions have been based on something Pauly, whether its emails from the company or the fact ive known where DH, actually is at a certain time, thats because I dig around and find out whats going on. Yes things, as you yourself know tend too take alot longer than is always anticipated, but thats the name of the game, this is a public board and people are entitled to have their say and what they think and perceive as fact. I feel your main input is winging how long you have been here, trust me some have been here alot longer than you have.
Im still sticking to a deal in Bolivia is imminent, as far as I can tell all the necessary work is in place, we are just waiting for the go ahead from the authorities.
That depends whether you want the correct view, the ramping view or the deramping view, which ever view you get it will be ramped or deramped, so its probably best to DYOR. Lol.
Thanks for that link Dubhlin, I have reposted it again here as its worth a read, also below is an excerpt from Sept 21 interim statement, also we have the potential JV with ylb
https://www.mining.com/web/bolivia-taps-chinese-battery-giant-catl-to-help-develop-lithium-riches/
Clontarf plans to finalise a strategic alliance with leading Lithium metal / Lithium-ion battery producers for the advanced stage development, and may include a global car manufacturer to off-take and finance Lithium-ion battery production in Bolivia. The anticipated global demand surge is greatly in excess of current quality, purity and volume capacity. These manufacturers are anxious to secure a reliable supply of adequate high purity LiCO3. Clontarf has the experience, presence and vision to help bring these diverse needs together
Obviously, AIMHO, DYOR
Yes,I would say its imminent.
Now most of the leg work has been done by Clon and everyone is happy with the results, news of a JV could arrive anytime :)
Thier have been alot of meeting with the various parties, including the indigenous people, The DLE is the only method that seems to have everyones support. The Bolivian Government are not going to issue any licenses or agree to a joint venture until they know that everyone is happy. So yes Clon has and is carrying out all this work up front. However we are now in an advanced stage, I feel news will follow soon.
"Accordingly, Clontarf Energy plc is finalising a Heads of Agreement with a potential DLE processing partner on establishing a Joint Venture to *exploit all available brines in Bolivia*, subject to, inter alia, necessary government approvals."
*exploit all available brines in Bolivia*
This could actually be massive. The fact is, would you look into this BEFORE Government approval, yes you would as long as you had an idea it was going to happen, the fact that they even have permission to be operating there speaks volumes. Peter O'toole is our man on the Ground.
Peter O’Toole – Director
Peter O’Toole has operated in the civil engineering, construction and agroindustrial sectors in Bolivia for over 30 years, specialising in mining and government infrastructure projects.
He is a Civil Engineer by discipline, educated at University of London – Queen Mary College, and GMIT Institute of Technology, Galway, Ireland.
He is also the Honorary Consul General of Ireland in Bolivia
I Think you will find that the funding is for specific projects as metioned in Septembers RNS. This is an exert from that.
'There is rising market and investor interest in DLE, both in Bolivia and elsewhere, due to surging demand for battery-grade lithium salts, both in EVs, grid storage and other "Green Transition" requirements. If laboratory test-work results are satisfactory, we understand that Australian and other funding is available to build an on-site pilot plant to production test the Direct Lithium Extraction process'.
Also a couple of exerts from the last RNS, this is alot more positive than any previous RNSs, yes its taken along time but we are getting their.
Clontarf Energy plc has 'advanced' its discussions with the Bolivian and Ghanaian authorities in recent weeks, per the below update:
Clontarf Energy plc is 'finalising' a Heads of Agreement with a potential DLE processing partner on establishing a Joint Venture to exploit all available brines in Bolivia, subject to, inter alia, necessary government approvals.
Because I think we might be needing one.
