Genuinely wish I would have sold mine at near 2p now and bought back in but everything was pointing in the right direction still was tbf just not happy about the way they have gone about the raise, it’s easy judging what you should have done retrospectively 😁 if only we had a Time Machine

castle - me too, i missed the rns yesterday, had the day off with family and come back to this…

i will be reviewing in the next few months. thought i would wake up feeling better about it but it’s a ****ty move whichever way you look at it.

it’s as if the discounted options weren’t enough as they share price has sunk like the titanic, so they’ve gone a placing at .5 to get whatever discount they can, again to line their pockets.

Yes I agree regarding this syngas, it does look like they are putting more money into research and development from the rns… so looks like more testing required

What I don’t understand is why they need to allocate money to these projects when the FEED (front end engineering design) was paid by the client?

Just to quote the RNS:

“Australia (£50k) - Develop engineering package in parallel with paid FEED (allowing further development via testing at PHE's Technology Centre);

· Research and Development (£150k) - Continue work on development of alternative outputs from DMG i.e. Liquids, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), etc as well as adding additional equipment to the feedstock testing unit (FTU) process to prove at scale;”

Let’s hope the money is used wisely. It’s make or break now no questions about it. Maybe the team thought as the share price is so low, it couldn’t go any lower or that because the way the market has reacted negatively now is the time… perhaps they did have this in the back ground waiting but expected the share price to increase off the back of the open day and was going to do it down the line… trying to stay positive 🤣

and i agree red, the raise was expected but it is out of order dragging everyone down to south wales, a day off work and 9 hours travelling for me for what i felt was a transparent q&a. i’m trying not to get too emotionally involved it’s life & business but i’m ****ed off with it.

makes me wonder now if the big sell off has been in preparation to buy back in a at 0.5p… that wouldn’t surprise me either

the question was asked, not by me someone else, and the answer was along the lines of we have money in the bank and cash runaway around a year, we will need a raise at some point but if orders was to come in then they may not… could someone else confirm/relay their take on this who attended? i don’t want to misquote. to be honest i ruled this out because of the response to the question on the day

i’m not an expert but i thought the whole idea of having david hitch**** and hugh mcallister on the board would be to help with decisions and timing relating to the market and intern to help investor sentiment… if they knew the raise was needed this should have waited or been done last year…

at the open day they said a raise wouldn’t be likely anytime soon with the cash runaway and if orders come in may not be needed at all. very misleading.

Howard still owns 30m shares, has been selling proof in the holdings. I’m not saying he still is but if I was to sell 10m shares now, one I would struggle in one go and it would have an affect on the share price in the short term. We don’t know who’s selling but the family could have a prolong affect on share price

Life’s a gamble Pat and ultimately no one knows where this is going or how the share price would react. Hopefully it will pick up, it’s easy to get stuck in this downward spiral but I wrote these shares off when they plummeted last time, things can turn around fast. I don’t think the share price justifies the position Phe are in now, I know people have other views but that’s my honest opinion

I don’t think that is correct in my opinion because powerhouse own engsolve, two separate companies yes but both part of the powerhouse group. I think Swazers just needs to clarify what he means because why would engsolves revenue be mentioned at a Phe investor day in which case it would be irrelevant, it’s clear the two are linked…

It’s not like one person owns two separate companies, they are both part of a group very different

They was using waste plastic pellets, as a base line to get figures from. To reuse the syngas is an add on, as would be the equipment to remove hydrogen from syngas. They burnt the syngas off at the end of the demo.

Red, I think this is what’s happening.

Comments was made, and I think prior to that they were selling (holdings back it up) but it seems to be more aggressive now.

I’m not being funny but you can say what you want about the whites, absolutely entitled to sell but I can tell you one thing - they have more money than me 🤣

I don’t want to keep saying it but we had a 3.8m sell again , someone wants out, I don’t think there’s more to it. A few things have been said about the whites, maybe then are aggressively selling off the back of it.

Either way my investment is looking tragic, I should have bought that bentayga 🤣🤣🤣

It’s absolutely tragic filterland, I bought another £5k worth yesterday. Should have taken the kids on holiday 🤣
