Good morning all,
Please accept my apologies if this is not a suitable place to ask the following question, if so, I would appreciate some guidance as to where best to direct it.
I am heavily invested in DEC and follow this chat many times a day for all your fine wisdom and experience :)
I have a share invested within a SIPP, that is looking to delist from the AIM. The obvious action, I guess would be to dump and take the recent loss on the chin but... I don't want to - It's the one guilty pleasure I have and invested from the heart rather than the head..
When a company de-list, I am told it will sit within the SIPP but untradable.
When that happens does it then become zero value??
If so, would there be any benefit (if possible??) in moving it to a standard trading account??
Thanks in advance and once again, apologies if asking the question here offends.
Big D
