Ah, looks like I'm not the only one accumulating these (cheap) shares in anticipation of the SP rising after the last of the placing overhang is churned....

Someone (Martin Lang) does not buy 7.5% of the company without the probability/potential for the value of that stake to increase in the short/medium term. As always with small caps, follow the money.....

Not any more, just had to pay a higher price! lol

Just caught up with the latest update. Couldn't be happier (or is that the beer talking lol) or more positive that the TK will soon be signed off (everyone pulling in the same direction!). SA also seems to be moving at pace. I think we'll see a few kefi millionaires in the next 2/3 years unless LTHs sell out for a measly 200-300%....

You should be able to do a Bed & ISA through your broker using your £20k annual allowance. Very simple and their trading margin is usually pretty tight as you can see from today's trade. Better that mechanism than paying cgt on the hefty profits we're expecting here!

Yep, my apologies too. I can only see 5 trades today with the first pair being at 9:01. The timings looked like a bog standard cgt trade. I've written to the lse asking why I'm not seeing all the trades (asked for a cheeky refund on my fees!). Anyway the SP is still up 3% despite these sells!

Bed& isa or other such means of not paying cgt....

You only need to read the views of the posters on here to see those that lost money investing in this company. The bile just oozes from their pores...lol. TW's work here is (almost) complete. Another 'winner' for the Sheriff! Time to move on folks and try to make up your losses elsewhere....

Always positive to see an investor taking a significant stake in a company. Mcap of £6m gives plenty of scope for a re rate of the share price given some positive news. I suspect the new investor has been given some positive vibes on what potentially lies ahead in terms of expected newsflow. Follow the money....

Good job the SP didn't 'tank' first thing as i would now be the owner of 5M shares! Orders were cancelled mid morning and funds invested elsewhere. Can't really see the company surviving and too much of a gamble even for me....

Aw Zag, whats happened to all the positivity? Certainly wouldn't be taking any advice from you! lol
