Good job the SP didn't 'tank' first thing as i would now be the owner of 5M shares! Orders were cancelled mid morning and funds invested elsewhere. Can't really see the company surviving and too much of a gamble even for me....

We need the FCA (and the 'Sheriff'!) to uncover what has been going on here and to take whatever actions are deemed appropriate if there has been evidence of malpractice. The company ought to be suspended whilst inquiries are ongoing to prevent other (gullible?) peeps losing their money...

Just caught up with the notes of the recent update from CB. Would like to say that I'm optimistic about our prospects for 2023 but.......
We had planned to be in production at 2 projects this year. The Cyprus JV fell through and there is no way that we'll be producing anything this year at Hope-Gorob. Mankayan our saviour? Rapid progress required somewhere with some financial issues to sort out in the summer which might become a distraction. We sit and wait......

Why is it that TW always seems to know more about kefi than we shareholders do? Its not right although if HAA gets TK finance done and a SA listing this year I won't be complaining! lol

There may or may not be any future funding/finance links between gcat & Evrima following the appointment of Simon Grant-Rennickr as the new Chairman but it may offer a chink of light to an otherwise bleak outlook. Decisions to be made tomorrow morning if the ASK drops to 0.25p. Risk/reward play maybe.....

sw, that is a very interesting post/observation. The next few days/weeks might turn out to be more lucrative for investors here than recent events would have lead us to believe possible!

Yep, TW did give peeps fair warning. Hopefully peeps will at least be able to salvage something from this debacle tomorrow morning. There is going to be such a rush for the exit and MMs will probably be ready for it by reducing the bid to 0.25p first thing. Sleepless night be some.....

Yes Legal, far too risky for me too even for a small trade as I can see suspension on the horizon and folks could lose the lot. I'd rather gamble on the spin of a roulette wheel lol

Hopefully the FCA will have a look at what has been going on here for the past few months. Not going to help investors who may lose most, if not all, of their investment here but would send out a message to other BoDs who think they can rip off investors with their bulls hit. I have to say though that I am somewhat surprised that a Main Market listed company can have such poor governance processes without any obvious signs of systems of (external) accountability. Lessons learned I suppose and we all know that investing/trading penny stocks is not without its risk. Time to move on to other shares. GLA

Remains a risky investment but the 'market' has already priced in a lot of bad news falling from 1p to 0.37p. Looks like short term financing is sorted which was absolutely crucial. Longer term issues remain. Let's see how the market reacts tomorrow....

Wasn't TW reporting this shambles of a company (main market listing lol) to the FCA with a target price of zero? Get out while your shares are worth something?
