Why do you think we would get £5M for LCCM? Did we not pay a lot less for this 'asset'?

(On 25 January 2018, entered into binding contracts to acquire LCCM from RMA for a total consideration of AUD $3,000,000 (approximately GBP 1,710,000)

Starresnstoff, however you wrap up this fund raise it's bad news for LTHs but, please, don't make daft comments about 'deaf spiral financing'. Just makes you look silly (and illiterate lol)

The recent seller(s) has enabled peeps to buy lots of 'cheap' shares. Up 15% from those lows and further to go based on recent (positive) updates imo

We've all be taken in by Harry's bulls hit. It's obvious (to me) that there will not be a GM in June to sign off the TK finance package and i expect us to miss the October 'dry season' for construction. It is also obvious that we are not expecting any good news from SA in the near future otherwise this Placing would have been released at the same time. Kicking myself as I really believed that after all these years HAA was going to deliver. Silly me....

Looks like HAA cannot be trusted imo. He said on a number of occasions that we would use unsecured finance so why a heavily discounted fund raise now when we're so close to TK sign off? Looks like further TK delays to me!

It's the sort of rumour that could really lift the share price if the 'herd' believed it was possible. Seen massive rises on AIM shares plenty of times on nothing so not out of the question here. Social media needs to pick it up and run with it. VRS a great example this week (138% up in just over a week...lovely!)

Same here TB, but would be tempted if the SP fell below 0.6p which i don't expect unless we're all still waiting for TK finance sign off in the autumn....

I'm 'expecting' the GM approval next month and 'full construction start to coincide with the next dry season at Tulu Kapi, which is expected to start in October 2023' (RNS 27 April 23)

Followed by an update from SA (RNS 3 April 23).

*Drilling planned to commence in Q2 2023 will be aimed at converting unclassified areas of the deposit to the Inferred category and to further test the strike extent of the orebody.

*Concurrent drilling planned at Hawiah will focus on upgrading and further expanding its total resources reported on 9 January 2023 of 29.0 Mt at 0.89% copper, 0.94% zinc, 0.67 g/t gold and 10.1 g/t silver

Share price will then be in the region of 3-5p where I'll be contemplating how much to top slice from my investment!!

We had folks selling on the 'Board Changes' RNS well below 0.40p and those buying at the time had an 'easy' 20-30% trade. Looks like something similar is happening again lol

I think we've now seen the bottom!

Folks were paying 0.155p last Tuesday after the (positive) RNS. Now 30% down in a week!
