RNS: 'Accordingly, the Company has now appointed Shipleys as its new auditor. The Company and Shipleys believe that, despite the late notice from Jeffreys Henry, the audit can be completed and audited statements signed off prior to 30 June 2023. However, this is likely to potentially postpone this year's AGM into the latter part of July 2023.'

More buying early doors today. Placing 'churn' will be done in no time, although Placees will be selling at a loss until we start trading at 0.7p+.....

The fact HAA did the Placing suggested (to me) that we will not be having the TK GM this month. I'm hoping it will be held in July. I reckon we'll get an update from SA first....

We all get carried away from time to time! My biggest fear is selling up at 3p when I am convinced that, subject to TK & SA being in production (as planned), we'll be trading at 10p+ in 5 years time....

This was nearly 6p just 18 months ago, a 90% reduction is some going by the BoD. Where is the bottom?

Let's hope its worth the wait!

I'm waiting for the details of the forthcoming Placing and the level of discount before buying. Looks a decent investment opportunity if the Placing is around 2.5p. We'll soon see.....

Swiss Investment Bank UBS have set out their case on why the gold price will rise

They expect gold to reach $2,100 per ounce by the end of the year and $2,200 by March 2024'

This is all interesting but what has this got to do with ARK? Are we planning to produce gold at Inishowen and/or Mine River? Really? Don't think so! (at least someone is in the Office!)

Notice of GM for TK finance approval + completion of Placing churn = major re rate of the share price. Actual approval and money in the bank plus a dash of positive news from SA = much more than 4p imo. Ream hopeful that 2023 is the year of KEFI....
