Notice of GM for TK finance approval + completion of Placing churn = major re rate of the share price. Actual approval and money in the bank plus a dash of positive news from SA = much more than 4p imo. Ream hopeful that 2023 is the year of KEFI....

Taya, hope your investment works out! I've a (fairly) substantial shareholding here but it only represents a relatively small amount of my total investments. I said to my kids (joking at the time a few years ago!) that they would get the full benefit of this investment, based on how I see SA assets developing over the next few years. I still believe that many of us will become KEFI millionaires, just not anytime soon!

Nice to see my favourite colour here again today. Shame that there is so little volume when the SP is primed for a decent rise. Some positive news would clearly help......

This is just becoming a joke! No one responds to emails at the Company and Teeling just seems to ignore shareholders. Does he even remember that we have these licences? 'Substantial body of knowledge relating to lithium'? Don't make me laugh!!

Yes FC, SA is (primarily) why I'm invested. TK is a necessary 'evil' imo and has been a great distraction for HAA and the BoD over the years. Let's hope Harry doesn't give too much of our share of the Saudi assets away to fund development...

Ah DJ, I see you've finally seen the light in terms of AIM NOT being a vehicle for investment, rather a casino type gamble lol. I've had my fingers burnt in a couple of stocks recently but still living off the masive profits that were plentfiul when backing covid stocks during the pandemic. Got back into small cap miners too early believing all the hype about metals shortages. Less than a dozen AIM 'investments' now and just spinning that wheel....

TK finance sign off in 'the next month or so'. Hmm...

Has had a bid of $23BILLION for a Canadian company rejected. ARK has a mcap of (just) £1.48MILLION which includes our minority share of our 'jewel in the crown' (Teeling's words!) at Stonepark, a couple of 100% owned gold prospects at Inishowen & Mine River, the discovery of lithium (Li2O) bearing pegmatites, also at Mine River, & 3 lithium licences in Zimbabwe. If we were as attractive as Teeling makes out why haven't G11/Glencore just bought the whole company for petty cash? Maybe Teeling wants a big 'retirement' pay off and G11/Glencore are just happy to wait until ARK runs out of cash? Not looking good here atm....

I wonder what Andrew Batchelor with his 25M shareholding makes of the current situation?!

You only have to look at the front page of the company website ('Our Vision' etc) to see why the share price is on its ar*e. No mention of 'exciting' lithium and the page was last updated on 19 June 2019!!!

Does this company have any PR (apart from the revolving extracts from an old Presentation on twitter)? There is just nothing to get (potential) investors excited/interested here atm. Surely Teeling should move aside and let someone more dynamic take the reins and generate some shareholder interest/value here. Everyone is talking about lithium and we might have some in a couple of places but.......zilch!

Won't take much buying pressure to turn this blue today. Make the most of sub 0.4p (sale) prices....

Has Teeling forgotten how excited he was back in January? Near future? 2023? Have we run out of money? Another raise to pay for this and further exploration at Stonepark? What is happening to our 3 lithium licences in Zimbabwe? Remember the RNS back on 22 June 2022?

RNS 12 Jan 23: John Teeling, Chairman of Arkle, commented: "These are exciting results. We have discovered lithium on our licences. We found the rock type needed, pegmatites, and in the pegmatites found lithium and other indicator minerals. This opens compelling new opportunities for our Mine River Block. Prospecting will resume in the near future".

I know exactly how you feel SB! To compound the (discounted) Placing is my belief that this means that the (planned) GM in June will not now be taking place. If it was still happening HAA would have announced both bits of news together imo and we'd have been pleased to get the TK finance across the line after all these years and the scale of dilution would have been minimal. I'm going to sit tight (top up if the SP drops below 0.6p) and see how things develop over the summer in both Ethiopia & SA. GL

Sinking (mcap £1.58M!) and still no word from Teeling. Awful.....

That doesn't narrow the field down much! lol

I think we've now seen the bottom of this latest SP cycle and expect to see 0.4p+ by the end of the week....
