SP held up well considering the size of the sells. Rebound coming here given we're fully funded to build a very profitable mine even if the price of gold drops to 3,000 dollars (which I doubt will happen)

Even with a gold price of $3,000 the TK figures look phenomenal. Just need a bit of patience as the BoD gets the mine built and into production. Lycopodium seem to have great rack record in getting projects completed on time and within budget and, hopefully, there is then what happens in Saudi. We may look back at the opportunity to buy today sub 1.05p as a bit of a gift......

I still think Harry made the right decision to raise funds to complete the financial package for TK even if he had to go to 'bucket shops' to get the placing away. Given global uncertainties we could have been facing potential insolvency and/or the demise of the TK project if the banks had decided to pull the debt finance on the basis that kefi couldn't secure the final tranche of funds required. Painful, but we're now building an extremely profitable mine. I also expect news on JQ before the AGM!

BoD silence on the source of funding required before year end is killing the SP. And still folks selling sub 0.19p. Oh dear, where is the bottom.

It now seems everyone is waiting for the placing price. Someone said 0.15p yesterday which looks a real possibility. The silence from the BoD is deafening....

Yes Chondy, everyone believes that the BoD are doing a great job making progress on a number of clinical initiatives BUT as for financial nous, I'm not convinced. SP was 0.29p when the financials were released and now we're struggling to hold on to the 0.2s. They basically told the 'market' that they would run out of cash by year end with nothing definitive on how we'd raise the funds for next year and beyond. The possibility of further grant funding was mentioned and then.....silence!

Hammer, it's the uncertainty that is killing the share price imo. Our 5M seller now taking sub 0.21p. This SP is very unhelpful if it comes to raising (discounted) funds later this year in the event that non dilutive options don't materialise. We need an update from the BoD before we see sub 0.2p...

Bonky, you really need to get a life mate. I could understand you spending all day on the bb if you had some shares but otherwise what is the point? Are you going to the AGM to meet Harry and the team and your 'shareholding' colleagues?🤣. Anyway, I thought you were taking a bit of a break from kefi until closer to production but maybe there is little else to fill your time.

Hoping I can reschedule things to be in the UK at the end of the month to attend the AGM. Exciting (and profitable!!) times await shareholders.....(not you bonky!)

The BoD has undoubted world renowned clinical expertise and experience and has demonstrated progress on a number of fronts over the past 12 months. The 'problem' we have is the statement in the latest Financial Accounts ('Cash and cash equivalents at year end were £1.720 million, based on the Company's current operating plan, the year-end cash position is expected to provide funding through to end of 2026') that means the BoD will have to raise funds before year end. Hopefully this is non dilutive funding (grants) but it could be a discounted placing. In the meantime the share price has fallen from 0.29p to 0.22p in anticipation that it may be the latter option. This uncertainty is killing us and the lack of any news from the BoD is destroying the share price (25% fall in less than 2 months!). No point selling now as any fund raise would be unlikely to dip below 0.2p imo.....

I suspect we'll have a Saudi update before the AGM.

The stock markets around the world are due a massive correction imo, possibly this year. Negative worldwide events have just been ignored which will make the inevitable correction all the more painful for investors. Bonky was right in saying he will return here in 18 months time just pre production at TK. Wise words? I've been unwinding my stock market exposure over the past 6 months but still maintain my investment here as there is plenty of money to be made in production even if gold collapses to 3000 USD!

I think we're ready to finally say goodbye to sub 3p prices. 10p+ remains achievable this year imo..
