Yes Crazytowner, when you say you are planning to do something by a particular date (equity finance by end of February) you either hit the deadline or provide an explanation as to why it was missed, surely?

Nope! I speak as I see, it wasn't me who set an artificial 'deadline' of having the remaining $20M signed off by the end of February (RNS 11 Feb 2026: A residual US$30 million of equity-risk capital is also in the process of being fully signed up this month). It wasn't me who said that the final details were being 'finessed' in an interview nearly 2 weeks ago and I didn't join in the chorus lead by Chancery singing 'done deal' when clearly it wasn't (finessing implies there was still work to be done to get the deal agreed by ALL parties!). And we're still waiting!!

I bought 3M in the last Placing and another 2M when the SP dropped to 1.2p plus another chunk at 1.83p last week. This is in addition to the shareholding already in place at much lower prices. I plan to sell 10M shares when the SP gets to around 3p and keep the rest for the foreseeable future. Harry has done an excellent job in difficult circumstances to get us to this point but, please don't shoot yourself in the foot (deadlines, use of language) when we're so close to a transformational deal!

Even with the global uncertainties I still think we'll be higher than 1.5p at production which was your forecast!

It's only a done deal when ALL parties put pen to paper. Last minute shinnanigans? RNS must be imminent, surely....

I'm just hoping lenders/funders aren't getting cold feet with current global uncertainties. Worrying times for everyone atm. Good job we have Starmer & Reeves at the helm in the UK 🤣

Hope Plan B ( in the absence of the final 20M) is not yet another heavily discounted placing! I see the SP might be heading sub 1.7p. Thanks Harry!
