KISTOS are paying €220 million for TULIP

They currently produce just over 13k boe/d in a field where they have a 60% share of net 7800 boe/d tbis is what Kistos are paying for as it stands.

We have or will be producing 24,000 boe/d - 50% net to IOG 12 boe/d.

We should be worth north of €320 million on that what is known.

Any take out would have to be north of £250 mill here around 50p per share

Future development of both companies costs is still a ? but I see there is a further 163 mill development uplift of future gains at Kistos. it's not a bad deal but shows how undervalued IOG is.

Be interesting what big money will pay to help AA maybe 1.20 - 150 Area as they will want some upside from the deal after that a move past 2.50 or more to let some money out at profit.

Life in Scotland could be close to normal as early as mid-June, a leading public health expert has said.

Why should we risk it all again, yes cases are down ECT But that's because of the lockdown nothing else imho

What will happen when we open up yes cases will rise again, yes I agree there will be in time a level to live with but until the population is vaccinated and it's proven to last over time not weeks we can't risk travel and bringing back variants this summer sorry it's to risky for me to scupper the hard one gains.
To me seeing family safely again in my country without restrictions is far more important this year
