I noticed my post has been deleted.

This not running a business - giving away shares / % of company with ridiculous bond deals.

It may have been the only option at the time but surely should be able to release enough positive news as to balance out the effect of the bonds.

Keeping sp higher - thus less dilution.

Also considering the state of sp then why not update regarding JV. Reasure the market on that front.

2b shares at say 2p = £40m mc.

Still would be very undervalued fully diluted - as long as they can produce circa 2500+ bopd.

( not including any JV).

Should be at least 10p on a fully dilutive basis imo

In theory these new shares should be offset by the new developments / infrastructure on the ground and increase in production.

This will be rerating soon to reflect this imo.
