and I will say it again - I hope this is not just one big orchestrated con job to rip shareholders off - I find it hard to believe the company are in this position when could of had placings to raise funds and pay loan payments - but then again this may be the only way of getting the NY loan signed and paying off Hope/OR - so still could be part of ZZ master plan - lets hope ( I hate that word right now ( lol ) ) ????????? everything crossed for a good outcome for shareholders imo

Yes I don't get why some peeps are so concerned about it - it makes no difference much to to value of your holding - your holding will not be worth say x 10 just because shares have been consolidated by 10 - so why the big deal

Whats all this talk about consolidation ? I dont care if we consolidate shares or not - it will make difference to the actual value of our shares - I think we have more to worry about in the bigger picture Eg winning court case ect

out of court settlement may come down to the situation where yes frr win the $56m damages but loose the block 12 asset - now that would be a bummer

lets just hope there is a company after the court case imo

yes - that is what I was thinking - just was not sure if they had to offer per share - obviously yes if a complete buy out of frr but not sure on just an asset sale ? thanks

as a private company if say bp made an offer for block 12 and was accepted then would we shareholder receive a special divi ? or could they not pay out and say they are re-investing the funds on other projects ?

at what price though ? it would be like selling them at a car boot sale imo

Face it - if this does not come back to trading market it is very unlikely that you will ever be able to sell your shares - imo

Peeps emotions are running high mole - they dont all get personal emails from the ceo - but thanks for passing it on

No one will invest in aim soon - if a company can just pe its nomad off into resigning and then said company can delist and never relist again and the shareholders can do absolutely nothing about it - not even being told why nomad resigned - then I think that sucks and who would want to risk hard earned knowing that could be the situation ? Not Implying said company is frr of course.

Agree with that - we are shareholders after all
