that's all very well long term - but the problem at the moment is no one knows at what price the equity will be raised at - now this could be by way or placing or loan based ect what effect would that have on current sp - for example - and I know its a bit extreme - but say they raised a £billion at 7p per share - yes you would have a billion £ company but the value of our investment would be 70 % down from this point - its only an example but the problem is we don't know as yet - that's why think one has to be cautious at this stage imo yes hold as you don't want to miss out on good news but keep powder dry also just in case imo

Yes we definitely could do with some good news to stop this constant drop in share price - come on adme drop in a nice rns please

I think that would be the price if a placing did happen - thats 150% premium to HH the Sheikh paid - lets hope its open to us ordinary shareholders. Imo

we could do with any placing being done asap - thus giving a support to build upon.
imo placing will be no higher than 15p as they always want a big discount - so come on lets 'av it - then peeps will be more confident to buy imo only adyor
then again there could be funds raised by a loan and not placing

the last rns stated that funding is required to keep company going - working capital - or have I got that wrong ?

we certainly require some clarity on how funding is going to be implemented - but I still confident this will be a good one long term - but short term just don't know where its going at the moment - like I say once we have something to build on then I am sure the big buyers will buy here - until then its just a guessing game and have to wait for news imo

Unfortunately I can see us dropping considerable more over the coming days - this is based on we dont know what the placing price will be at - the sheikh paid I think 4p - how much of a premium will the placing participants be willing to pay ??

trouble is no one knows where the drop will stop - could go all the way back to 4p before any substantial news - we just don't have a clue - no one does - personally I would like to see placing done asap - at least then that would form a base to build from. imo

that's just a given - if not approval then company run out of funds and thus can no longer operate imo

so its obvious a placing is on the way - probably being worked on now - but at what price ? - I think the sheikh paid 4p so how much will the next placing come in at could it be 15p or maybe 10p ?? hard to make a guess really - that's why no ones buying imo - I think we need to get this sorted asap so as we have a new bottom to work on and start sp rising again

So why cash in warrants now ? Why not wait for multiples of todays price ? Do they know something we don't ?
