if the price goes up above then warrants may well be converted and cashed in , but would have to stay above the 1.5 for a while to clear them and they would only sell for a decent profit - so like 2p imo - then no placing will be needed imo

copl only own 5% of the drill - at current market cap that makes the pre dill price circa £320m - yes I know copl have option for larger % - but also there is more dilution coming soon , still not a bad buy at these prices though imo
