In around 3 weeks time the NHS will see its 70th birthday, by all accounts the government is going to pump in a massive amount of extra cash over the next 5 years. Some of that cash will find its way to support PHB*S to enable massive expansion. CBUY are well placed to profit from the new cash. Let’s hope they pull it off.

Is to buy companies with a full listing, not AIM, that have the potential to grow from nothing, into large �100M pound plus companies over 5 years or so. As soon as a deal is done, you get, in effect, a free ride. It�s not about trading just hold a lump of stock long term and let others do ALL the work for you.

Finished at the end of April with results showing in July. I am working on the assumption that the period will have been at least break, or Profitable. The second half should be excellent as per the trading RNS a month ago. A stunning rise in the share price, will I believe, now be on the cards. A one million pound company that can grow profits fast is what we all want. Just a few hundred thousand could add 5P to today�s valuation. Add to that an RTO or Deal and 10P is not out of range.

We�re up 400% in 2017 if they do that rate of growth in 2018 I would expect more staff would be required.

A Premium Listing means that a company must meet standards that are over and above (often described as �super-equivalent�) those set forth in the EU legislation, including the UK�s corporate governance code. Investors trust the super- equivalent standards as they provide them with additional protections. By virtue of these higher standards, companies may have access to a broader range of investors and may enjoy a lower cost of capital owing to heightened shareholder confidence. A Premium Listing is only available to equity shares issued by commercial trading companies.

The London Stock Exchange offers 3 types of listing. Premium, Standard and AIM. RGP is Premium a rare beast in Shell form. Standard and AIM shells are ten to the penny. RGP have been on the look out for the right deal for ten years and it now appears it is about to come to fruition. I am absolutely sure the directors will be looking to add very significant value here. If an RTO is the route they have chosen, and the Shell in this case RGP, could end up with 5% of the share capital. For the average AIM company deal this might be 5% of �10M. An RTO using a standard listed company might be twice that or more. However, neither would value the shell much over �1M. RGP is Prumium listed, as are shares in the FTSE 100. Any RTO could have a very large impact on the RGP share price as for example a large private company say �500M doing an RTO into RGP might lift RGP shares towards �25M. RGP also has access to borrowings and a large tax loss. To sum up RGP is a punt on a deal being done that could add real value. Not risk free but they have been around over 100 years without going bust yet.

Market valuation is a million. Full LSE listing, prevents this share being snatched back by the directors, as is so often seen on AIM. DIRECTORS paid above today�s price for large holdings. Plan is to grow the group via deals. Margins are between 15% and 40% It only takes a small rise in turnover to make large profits as the overhead base is covered. As the sales team grows on a commission basis, shareholders could gain big time so long as all goes well. The maximum loss is 100% of your investment here so assuming you can buy a full 1% of AAAP your loss if it goes wrong is �10,000. If the board deliver over the next five years one can see the potential to retire on the proceeds. An extra �900,000 of revenue in the second half might see profits of �250,000 for that period. If revenues keep growing at that rate shareholder returns could be spectacular simply because AAAP is currently valued at just above zero. The board have the contacts in Africa and appear to be running a tight ship.

The Board of AAA note the recent share price fall and believe there is no reason in terms of the underlying business for this fall. Dynamic Intertrade, the main trading operation of AAA, is trading in line with the expectations of the Board. Dynamic has recently enhanced the sales team and is pleased to report new sales of ZAR14.8 million (approximately �900,000) in addition to normal turnover over the next six months. The Board continues to look for acquisitions, which may add significant value to the Company. The Board are hopeful to be able to announce progress in this regard in due course

On Cloudbuys own numbers published in the accounts in 2016 each PHB is worth 1% of �70,000. �700. That�s for the patients who require the most care. The AGM statement this week spouts patients with LD have a spend of twice that. A quick look online shows around 130,000 patients on continuing Healthcare and another 42,000 patients who have LD. The Times report of 350,000 new patients to be offered a PHB has heartened CloudBuy. I should think is does as a proposed jump in their potential market of 14 times must have been an unexpected blessing just a day before the AGM. Personal health budgets build on experience of personal budgets in social care and personalised care and support planning for people with long term conditions, and start from the principle that people who need long-term support should be seen as experts in their condition and partners in their care, rather than passive recipients of services. The Next Steps on the Five Year Forward View (2017) included specific commitments to increase the choice and control people have over their care through personal health budgets, with plans to reach in excess of 40,000 people by 2019. The Mandate to the NHS also outlines the expectation that there will be a continuous increase, with 50-100,000 people with a personal health budget by Mach 2021.

To deliver 50,000 personal health budgets two years ahead of the NHS Mandate commitment will be challenging. NHS England wants to go further. We will be encouraging CCGs to develop trajectories beyond this milestone to deliver an even wider expansion by 2025. This will require personal health budgets to become a mainstream aspect of some areas of NHS-funded care. Personal health budgets are also expected to expand to additional service areas. These include maternity care through personal maternity care budgets, and the expansion of personal wheelchair budgets. Section 4.4 discusses some of the areas where NHS England is currently exploring the potential of personal health budgets.

NHS England recently set a stretching ambition through its operational and contracting planning guidance3. This requires all CCGs to deliver their share of 50,000 personal health budgets by 2019 and to submit trajectories for doing so.
