Less the cash £2.8M

Daft.

It has sales, it has 3 software products, it has enough cash through 2022.

It’s dirt cheap

Traded yesterday.

However full ask now being paid.

That said it’s just the start of a re rating of the company.

The odd 1/2P on the share price will be totally immaterial going forward in my view.

That’s simply because of the low starting point of today’s, tiny market cap

Will be issued within the next 7 working days , as per last RNS.

I put it to you

The company did not have to give a date , or give an update , but they have said they will.

Look at the market cap , not the share price.

If the stock goes up 5 fold from here the company is still valued under £20M

Predicted medium term revenues £40M a year at 80% margin from Analyst

It shows how stupidly valued our company is today.

Knock off the cash and it comes in at £2M

That’s why I keep saying even bad news from the company is in fact good news

It’s clear at today’s market cap, plenty of potential partners / bidders will be or have taken a look.

No debt , cash of £1.2M and a thumping £19M tax loss.

I would have thought so.

Now go back through company news (RNS) you will find the process started I believe 16 plus months ago.

Verify is in the late stages of the process of accreditation, with the Media Rating Council, that will in my opinion see sales explode.

It will also add considerable value to the company.
