George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I reckon investors, knowing how well sales are going (all mattresses, particularly the highly regarded ones, will have their disciples, Simba, Eve, et al) may be stocking up before Christmas. The update in late January will confirm recent success, and we may see a 50% mark-up on today’s levels..
Big plug for Avast in the Tempus column of The Times this morning, with the encouraging three letter word at the end - BUY.
At least it’s the link to the full article..
See it’s already been noted - sorry!

Relevant article in Business Section of today’s Sunday Times on interest shown by an “aggressive US Hedge Fund” in the proposed takeover. It’s all becoming more complex..
I think we need to better the sp a year ago. 60p then, so 60p+..
Thanks Pianista and BareN. Didn’t know that..
Strange interlude this, waiting for news, which should result in frantic upward or downward movement. I’m hoping that one or more of the suitors take the plunge, but there is a very real possibility too that the debt situation may put them all off. 20p up (bid at 60) or back down to 20 on no bid. I’ve put a stop loss of 35, to lock in recent climb. If there’s no bid, this share may languish for a long time in the doldrums..
Be aware that two of the last three buys went through as sells. MMS trying to drag it down?

Surely the way from here has to be north..
This share was recommended by The Times at the beginning of the year, as one to follow as the need was/is/will be to build more new homes. Now that the lockdown is easing, it seems likely that the house builders will move apace as soon as they can. This should hugely benefit this company. Keep the faith!

Good plug for the company and its profits in today’s Tempus column in The Times..

Yes, with the twin arms of insurance and breakdown cover, this should benefit when the lockdown measures are eased, and people find it less stressful to travel within the uk rather than venture abroad as a first-call. This share is vastly undervalued for a well run company, and there’s no reason why it shouldn’t return to the 50p+ level in the medium term..

Their advice was to buy..
Lord Alli may be a Labour peer, but his priorities are for the few not the many. I too got my fingers burnt, and have learnt a hard lesson about risk. Would be glad to get some money back, but very slim chance imo.
Yes, the possible link with Amazon is HUGE. Would like to see a RNS, though, either concerning funding, or at least to keep holders informed...
How about Lord Ali using his previous contacts to induce ASOS to diversify. After all Koovs was rumoured to be the potential ASOS of India. Also with the current link between Amazon and FLFL, Koovs might be a tempting play for Amazon if they want to tap further into the burgeoning Indian market. Koovs has seemingly a good following in India, and could perhaps be a target for one of the bigger players. Could that be a possible source of funding, or indeed a Plan B?
