Glad you clarified that Doc.Daneeka, as he made no mention of Phase 2. Anyway I have emailed them and asked for clarification (which I know they will very unlikely cofirm/reply at this stage).

To me it would seem very strange to go back to Phase 2. I am sure that they have enough data for P3 even if it if for the elderly and those with pre existing conditions.
