Why has the sale process now ended with no sale.

I cant get my head around why no outright sale if they are worth £ Billions.

Are they still Trading as a private company. What work is going on and how many staff does it have etc? Are the BOD getting a salary and if so how much and were are the funds coming from?

So little seems to be available about the company The website is amateur and to be quite honest pathetic. The PR is non existent.
