Hi mate I'll bet we're the same age actually!! Me, I manage to train 1.5 times a week which is difficult to reconcile too. Ie used to be up to 6 high intensity hence simply body worn out and broken back about 8 years ago so lost strength and feeling on left lower arm! Hence when I go to gym and see these kids that think they're strong it becomes de motivating as well because I used to be literally 50% stronger and fitter but, as above, over training and broken back takes its toll!! C'est la vie and apologies for ot folks!!
