YLF feels like a dead duck to me. How can a court be certain that a shareholder has genuinely lost out due to misrepresentation in an RNS? A shareholder could show transactions to YLF which covered a certain period but then may conveniently not mention those transactions where they may have gained when the SP went from 25p to 160p.
