Hi, not really sure about the rights issues, just a few questions my normal TUI shares have lowered considerably now have 1 share to every 10, what happens next and how much will new shares be and how many do I have option to buy/ sell please, sorry for so many questions

Hi, I am quite new to this, I have received a letter about options in take over, if I choose option 1 and take £1.05, I will get that for each share, and no longer hold any shares at all , option 2 default will leave me with share in the new company taking over?

Thank you, I have spoke to them, same thing advised, dates has lasped so I can't sell and I will get nothing.

I have just managed to get round to sorting this due to circumstances HSBC have told me it is too late to do anything last date was 19th October,
they have advised I can't sell or buy my rights they will just lapse is this right?

Hi, I have seen a lot of prices for the rights mentioned, however just received my updste from HSBC who I have my invest direct account with, they have advised the cost of each share will be £2.15, does this seem right please

I have some share in this company really not sure how this impacts me, what are my option and how do I go about them.
