I am quite tempted, the last shares I bought were priced at 2.67 as they were a share save, added to what I already held with HSBC, highest I ever paid was 4.65, had some great dividends, thinking is now the time to sell some?

Will the shares price go down by as much as the dividend when it is paid?

Got a cheque this morning and shares were with Equiniti.

So as yet nog agreed to sell shares, but if I do I lose sight and any ability to sell myself until out come and only then will I get my shares back and this could be Q2 2025, sorry if this has already been covered as I still not surevifvto sell of not, new at all this

I was told over phone, last day to sell was today, decided to sell as no option given to HSBC and it been too late to transfer, wdnt online yesterday was told I had to call HSBC, they advised shares are suspended I can't sell them now, I have raised a complaint.

I was too late to transfer shares, it also seems complicated to get the shares in my name, so I will be selling at a lose, going to check last day I can sell this is option I have sort of been left with, I am not happy, no advice provided it is my only option.

When I read this I was confused as HSBC advised me to transfer or sell, going to call them Monday, if no movement I need a broker to transfer them to, what brokers are allowingyou to still trade in TUI? I don't want to move all my other investment just TUI, so don't want to have to pay lots of month fees etc, as I only have a small holding in TUI. Thanks for any help.

I have finally received update from HSBC regarding de listing 2 option given, I can sell the shares, transfer to another broker or my own name,not sure what that means, itf I haven't done anything by 15/07 they advised they will do their best to re register them and send me a certificate in my own name, really not sure what to do, I have only ever had shares with HSBS invest direct

I am still waiting from HSBC to advise what will happen with my shares, they advised on Friday they still do not know but they do not trade in the market theyvare going to, they advised they are waiting for update from TUI? Not sure what they are waiting for, its not great as it is getting near delisting date. Just want to know my options.

I spoke to HSBC investment team ans was advised I needed to ensure I sold after 8:00 when markets opened offically, so I would get get the dividend, ended up not selling anyway, as went down a bit more than expected so will keep for a while for it to come back up.

Ex-Dividend Date

The ex-dividend date is the date which is used to decide which shareholders will receive a dividend payment. Shareholders who own shares in the company before the market opens on the ex-dividend date will receive a dividend payment. Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.

It is due to Ex dividend day, shares normally go down at this point.

My understanding is, it is classed as the same as every other dividend.

Hi, I hold my shares with TUI in a HSBC investment a/c, they have said they do not know what will happen on 24th June with my shares, anyone any ideas please as unsure what I will need to do, appreciate you cannog give advice, thank you

Hi, I contacted the number for share helpline as really unsure what will happen to my TUI shares, they advised when delisted my share will go so I will not have them? So if I do not sell them prior to delistening I will lose them, is this correct? If so only option is to sell?

I have my investment a/c with HSBC, they have advised TUI have cancelled admission of common share to trading on AIM as of 24/06, HSBC have advised that they will keep me updated, not very experienced and not sure of impact to my share holding .

Can I ask? My share holding was reduced, at some point and I ended up with 1 share for every 10 I held, will the 8 shares for every 3 held be o previous number held or new share held after reduction of 1 for every 10?

Can I ask, appreciate it is for shares were held at COB 27/03, I have only just checked the shares I now hold, they have reduced massively, would I get them on old shares hold, prior to 10/1,and was this why my share holding went down?
