The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
The deadline is 5pm on the 29th of March so for me that means:
1. 5pm today as tomorrow is a bank Holiday (likely)
2. 5pm tomorrow as per announced deadline (unlikely)
3. 5pm Tuesday (next business day due to Bank Holiday) (possible)
Anyone in the know, please clarify. Attached closest thing I could find on reporting:

Offer from JD to then be countered by the 'Acquisitive' Next - which is having success and see retail turning a corner after high inflation.

The smashing of the 50 day moving average at 29.67p today looks very bullish with next resistance of 46p at the 200 day. Technicals go out of the window in a bid situation though although have been quite reliable for the past 7 weeks since first news.

Not really positive as this is very, very delayed. Factory shell build was expected by Q3ish last year. Now they have to install the full infrastructure inside to make the gizmos. Commissioning and validating all that stuff will take many, many months.
Also on a technical note, the 50 day moving average support at circa 31p is still very much intact even with todays loan extension request.
SP could easily bounce at this oversold level depending on how the loan news is digested and traded.

31p still a key support level (50 day moving average). Hope for a good bounce from there.
