Something is spooking investors.

The economy? Advertising in the UK is struggling at the moment, but S4 have such as US and Asian focus.

Digital malaise? But surely this has already happened?

I think it must be SMS's health. He's the one who opens doors. They need a succession plan and a figurehead who's going to do just that.

The Brandtech group have just bought Jellyfish (an agency I thought S4 would have wanted to buy a year or so ago) and Nick Emery, former global CEO of Mindshare as its CEO.

Agree JB. Especially given the AGM is just before H2. It's what any sane CEO / board would do, but let's wait and see...

Abode, I think Vice were ridiculously over-hyped as being the next big media owner empire, whilst the reality was that they were relatively niche.

Agree, a bit of a steal in the 8-9p range. The Sp reached as low as 7p, without knowing what the plan is, nor having a clear view on the cash situation (although a number of us knew that it was far more positive than trolls had been trying to scare people with).

However, there are bound to be some impatient investors on here who'll want to get out, because they can't hold on long enough for any significant news.

From now on I think I'll only engage with them at the end of the year, when their ludicrous predictions are proven to be way off the mark, but for some reason I don't think they'll be around then! ;-)

Drew - what happened with your prediction that Synairgen had no cash and were fast running out of it? You got that wild guess wrong didn't you? A bit like your 4p wild guess too? I think I said see you at the end of the year when there hasn't been a cash raise to keep the company afloat. I'll also see you at the end of the year when the SP won't have got to 4p. The good news is that you'll have deleted your account by then. The bad new is that you'll have popped up in an easy to detect disguise with another user name.

Am looking forward to seeing what TGF's reaction is to the board at the AGM. Will they be backing them all the way, because the plans ahead look like significant progress? Or will they demand changes?
I have a hunch that it's the former and that they are insiders, as they haven't bought any shares at relatively low prices, to get to 29.9%

Good news is that SNG can fund these small trials within the healthy £20M they have in the bank. No need for a raise at all, despite what some 'sages' on here, feebly try to proclaim. Then if there are significant findings from these trials the SP will likely rise and only then will a raise to fund a large scale trial be likely.

Prof, I can't wait for it to get to 4p. I'll fill my boots, even if it's a fund-raise, with my existing shares diluted.

50p would be OK.
£1.75 would be great and would justify all the wait and stress of the past few years.
Anything north of that would be life-changing.
But I'm mainly posting on this comment to bring some d!ckhead's post further down the message board.

There will be one good take-out from tomorrow and that is that the company is not desperately running low in cash and has enough reserves to comfortably run into 2024.
That should make any trolls and d!ck-heads on here shut up for a while and crawl back into their caves. It should then calm down anyone who has unfortunately been taken in by their bull****.
Apart from that, I don't expect any other significant news, which will frustrate those who are trading or who aren't used to the slow pace of a Pharma / Biotech. Any trial or partnership news will come out of the blue when it does and catch a number of impatient investors with their trousers down.
