Maybe - just another take on the options - Has he issued the options to all the board in order to prevent a low ball takeover . He currently has x no. of shares + y share options = z ( a substantial holding ) and possible control (advisory ) of board member holdings. Sly old fox !!!!

Prevented from buying in the open market due to closed period so future dilutes the company by 15 million shares at todays price - Fook me couldn't make it up but in Arts case we don't need to !!!

fully agree with your statement but according to the market he hasn't done that but continues to dilute the company in the future!

Fully agree - some years ago (2015 i think ) put a £10k order in for fitbug, didnt go through so thought sod it and didn't bother trying smaller sum - that went on to 50 bag - lesson learnt. although it did fold within twelve months. I'm sitting tight with this one - as i said previously JV / buyout or £500k which ever comes sooner !
