I could buy shares in my company today and in one weeks time the company gets an offer to be bought of which I knew nothing at the time of my purchase. Business opportunities move at a much faster pace than they did 20 years ago, if we could get rid of the solicitors it would move even faster- just look at how slow they are when it comes to house sales.
