Be careful guys yes this can move up fast but comes down just as quick. Great company though and I've made some decent money from this one in the past.

Make sure you go to Phuket lovely place and would be cheap place to rent, Mrs Scooby's brother lived out there for a while and we went to visit him last year.

Nice1 years rent in advance, unlike you to be patient thought you would only have given 20 mins max lol. Was thinking about renting my place out as I'm never there and agents reckon could get nearl 2k per month. Would love to have a year off and go travelling but got my daughter to consider.
