If I was signing permits for oil companies and one of them had a environmental incident ..I personally would hold back on permits until they have the wells in production mode ..so they would give me confidence they know how to sold well problems ...I don't think zephyr need another accident...wouldn't look good...

Last I heard from 16.2 well is about salt problem and they was deciding on what way to clear problem...they was not worried about the salt just to find best possible way to solve it..then I would say when pipeline is sorted they will test again there but I would say 16.2 is just waiting for production to start...
